Cyprus Rent A Car - Terms & Conditions

Please read the following text thoroughly, our Cyprus rent a car firm cannot be held responsible if customers have not read and understood our terms & conditions. Our Organization reserves the right, to change, modify, update, add, or remove all or any portion of these terms at any time, at its discretion without notice. Your continued use of this website signifies that you agree to these terms. In order to avoid misunderstandings on delivery, our customers are advised to print out this page.

CYPRUS RENT A CAR - INSURANCE

ALL OF OUR VEHICLES ARE FULLY INSURED, but insurance does not cover:

A) Punctures and interior car damage.
B) Collision damages caused by alcohol or drug abuse.
C) The first One hundred Euros of any damage (Excess).
D) Cars to be driven in the north part of Cyprus.

Minimum rent a car period is 4 consecutive days.

Minimum age of drivers is 25 years. For those they are under age, but over 21, a three-year-old driving license is required.

Additional drivers: 1 at no extra cost but must be approved by us. Second additional driver at 15.00 Euros per rental per driver

Baby seats: 1 at no extra cost. Second baby seat at 15.00 Euros per rental per unit.

-Choose the right car from our car types: Please choose your car according to your individual needs (e.g. number of persons, luggage etc), we will not be held responsible if the booked car has not enough room for your family and/or luggage. Changing the car at the time of delivery could not be always possible.

Extension of car rental: Our offices must be informed of this prior 48 hours to the expiry of the agreed rental period.

Driving license: Your national or international driving license is accepted.

Availability: Cars are booked by group. We can not guarantee any particular model. However every effort will be made to supply the car type requested.

Please choose your car group according to your individual needs (e.g. number of persons, luggage etc), we will not held responsible if the booked car has not enough room for your family and/or luggage. Changing the car at the time of delivery IS NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE.

No refunds will be given for rentals aborted earlier or cancellations made after rental start date.

Petrol: All cars are supplied with full tank. Exact amount will be charged upon delivery, according to the current rate.

All rentals are subject to the full terms and conditions, printed on the reverse side of the rental agreement, which will be signed upon delivery.

CYPRUS RENT A CAR BOOKING TERMS:

In order to enable us securing & confirming your rent a car booking, at least 10% deposit of total amount is required as a down-payment. (Read Payment Procedure). The remainder balance can be paid upon delivery. However, for your peace of mind, you may proceed with full pre-payment at once. This is subject to the following.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the rental date: Pay 10% of the total amount. Cancellations made 6 - 1 days prior to the rental date: Pay 25% of the total amount. No show: Pay 100% of the total amount.

Note 1: If you have paid a more than 10% deposit and you wish to cancel your booking -up to 7 days prior - then appropriate amount will be refunded.

Note 2: If you are cancelling your booking from 6 - 1 days prior, the company reserves the right to bill your credit card with appropriate differences as above mentioned. If you do not show up, the company reserves the right to bill your credit card with the full amount.

Complaints Policy

Complaints received after quests departure will not be accepted.
